Keep it simple with paella, a few tapas and churros, or build an evening around a grazing table, passed bites, dinner and desserts. We’ll plan the menu around your guests, tastes and occasion.

Let guests gather around the pans as our chefs prepare paella live at your event. They can enjoy tapas and drinks while dinner cooks, making the meal part of the celebration.
Our portable setup works at homes, gardens and venues without a traditional catering kitchen when there’s a suitable cooking area. We’ll review the space and dietary needs with you, and discuss another approach when live cooking isn’t practical.
