Event Staffing

Staffing can be as simple as having a server pass tapas while guests mingle, or as involved as coordinating setup, dinner service, clearing, breakdown and the transition of a space from ceremony to reception. Ñora can provide event captains, servers, bartenders and culinary staff, with responsibilities planned around your event. That might mean keeping a paella buffet moving, serving a family-style or plated dinner, pouring wine at the table, resetting a room between parts of the celebration, or making sure rentals are gathered and the venue is left ready for pickup.

No two events are identical, and guest count is only one part of the staffing plan. The style of service, venue layout, distance between the kitchen and tables, bar needs, rental setup and event timeline all affect the number of people and hours required. Talk with one of our catering managers about the event you are planning; we can help determine the staffing you need and coordinate responsibilities with your planner and venue. Staffing can support a simpler catering package or be planned alongside the menu, bar and rentals as part of full-service catering.
